Distinctive Building Co. Seal Rocks Lighthouse Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
• To be eligible, participants must sign up for a renovation project with Distinctive Building Co. valued at $25,000 AUD or more (inclusive of GST).
• Employees of Distinctive Building Co., their immediate family members, and any third parties directly involved in the giveaway are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period:

• The giveaway commences on January 1, 2025, and closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on February 28, 2025.
• Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:

• Participants must:
  1. Sign a contract for a renovation project valued at $25,000 AUD or more with Distinctive Building Co. within the entry period.
  2. Fulfill all contractual obligations, including deposit payments.
• Multiple entries are not permitted. Each eligible participant is limited to one entry regardless of the number of projects signed.

4. Prize: One winner will receive a getaway at Seal Rocks Lighthouse. The prize includes accommodation for up to two nights, with a maximum of five (5) people allowed to stay.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other substitute.
• Travel to and from the accommodation and any additional expenses incurred during the getaway are the responsibility of the winner.

5. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be chosen via a random draw conducted by Distinctive Building Co. on or before March 10, 2025.
• The winner will be notified via email or phone within three (3) business days of the draw.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, a new winner will be selected.

6. Publicity:

• By entering the giveaway, participants agree that Distinctive Building Co. may use their name, project details (non-specific), and any images or testimonials for promotional purposes.
• The winner may be required to participate in publicity activities related to the giveaway.

7. General Conditions:

• Distinctive Building Co. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if circumstances beyond its control compromise the integrity or fairness of the promotion.
• By participating, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Distinctive Building Co., which are final and binding.

8. Liability:

• Distinctive Building Co. is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained as a result of entering the giveaway or using the prize.
• Participants acknowledge that the Seal Rocks Lighthouse accommodation is managed by a third party, and Distinctive Building Co. is not liable for any issues arising from the accommodation.

9. Privacy: Participant information will only be used for internal marketing purposes by Distinctive Building Co. and will not be shared with external parties.

• Participant information will be handled in accordance with Distinctive Building Co.’s privacy policy and will only be used for purposes related to the giveaway.
